Mind-blowing staff, super comfy beds, jaw-dropping atmosphere, and a hostel that feels like home away from home. The local staff share their vast knowledge of the city, while travelers and volunteers bring unforgettable stories to the table. The hostel's location away from the busy streets is a refreshing break, yet still close to the amazing Cenang beach. The simple facilities and amenities like free yoga classes, scooter rentals, lockers, and a basic kitchen make your stay even better. With adorable animals around, this budget-friendly hideaway is perfect for budget travelers looking to relax and have a fantastic time.

The rooms at Hostel 19 Langkawi are cozy and have a chill vibe. I loved the free WiFi and the kitchen, it made me feel right at home. The shared bathrooms were clean and convenient, and I enjoyed having a fridge in my room. Plus, the patio was a nice touch!
I personally didn't like the shared bathroom situation, but I can see how it might be fun for others.

The rooms at Hostel 19 Langkawi are so cozy and comfy, it feels like a home away from home! The free WiFi is a huge plus for someone like me who's always scrolling through social media. And having a kitchen in the room is just perfect for late-night snacking sessions with my friends. Plus, the patio adds a nice touch to enjoy some fresh air.
I gotta admit, the shared bathrooms were a bit of a bummer for me. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

We had a fantastic stay at this budget hostel. The rooms were reasonably clean and the beds were very comfortable with privacy curtains, light, and outlet. The hostel also had a basic kitchen, hot water, and tea/coffee facilities. The common area was equipped with AC and there was a large patio/veranda in the front. The wifi was good and stable. The location was nice and quiet, with a huge yard that was perfect for yoga or playing sports. The beautiful Cenang beach was a short 10-15 minute walk away. There was also a restaurant and local supermarket within a 10-minute walk. The staff, particularly Lloyd, the hostel manager, was friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor.
Nothing that we didn't like.

We had an amazing experience at a hostel in Langkawi! During our 7-night stay, we met so many people and felt like we had found our community. the staff, especially Chris, were fantastic and really made us feel welcome. the dorm was quiet and the beds were super comfy. the bathrooms were always clean and hygienic. the reception even sells beer, which was a nice touch. We also loved the short walk to the beach and the presence of pet cows added a unique charm to our stay. We can't wait to come back here before our trip ends. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 👍.

Had a blast BBQing and picnicking on site. Conveniently close to Rice Museum and Pantai Cenang Beach. I felt like a master chef in the communal kitchen. Ocean views from the terrace were definitely Instagram-worthy.
Who needs air conditioning when you can experience the delightful feeling of sleeping in a green house? Ugh!

The wifi connection was pretty stable and fast. It was great to be able to stay connected during my stay. Additionally, the hostel had a good hangout area where I could meet other backpackers. It was a nice way to socialize and make new friends. Lastly, even though there was no air conditioning, the room was surprisingly cool to sleep in at night. It made for a comfortable resting environment.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the hostel was quite far away from the beach, making it a bit inconvenient to access.
